NPA supports young journalists by providing training and learning opportunities with Nordic peers. As an association of youth media organizations in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland, NPA addresses the gap in professional experience and intercultural exchange for young media makers and offers a platform for education, dialogue, and publication, empowering aspiring journalists to produce balanced and ethical reporting.
