Milica Žugić is a project coordinator, trainer, and media professional with extensive experience in the civil society and youth sector. She has been actively involved in the design, coordination, and implementation of national and international projects, particularly within Erasmus+ and IPA programmes, with a strong focus on youth participation, media literacy, digital communication, and capacity building.
She is the founder and president of NGO Mladiinfo Montenegro, where she has led numerous initiatives related to youth information, education, and empowerment. Her professional background also includes work in journalism, digital marketing education, project communication, and organisational management, as well as experience in the private sector as a senior sales manager and chief operating officer.
She is currently active as a project coordinator, lead lecturer in digital marketing practice, host of the podcast m!M CAST, and editor-in-chief of the youth portals Mladi Nikšića and Mladi Berana.
