Elina Gabdurazakova is studying Educational Sciences at Perm State University, Russia. She actively works with young media makers and journalists across Russia and conducts media literacy workshops, organizes youth events, and shares opportunities for Russian youth.

Elina is a project coordinator at the Unpress-Perm, the Russian Member Organization, which is engaged in the development of media in Russia. In November 2021, she was elected to be on the Executive Board of the organization, holding the mandate for a period of the next two years.
