Open Call: Project Manager - "Inclusion is being asked to dance"

European Youth Press is looking for a skilled Project Manager to join out team and oversee the successful execution of our upcoming project “Inclusion is being asked to dance” to be hosted in Germany later this year. As a project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing the project within a specified timeline, budger and scope.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets
Identify project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and Executive Board Members
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals
Manage and organize participants in the project
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
Manage project resources effectively
Maintain project documentation and reports

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in project management
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in journalism is a plus
Excellent command of English is a must, German skills are a plus
Culturally sensitive, with a passion for dance
