Call for Team Leader of the Orange Magazine

The online magazine of the European Youth Press – “Orange Magazine” – is looking for one or two team leader(s), responsible for the coordination and overall running of the platform.

 

Orange Magazine sustains journalistic partnerships with various media organizations, including Deutsche Welle, DW Akademie, the Asia-Europe Foundation, Open Government Partnership and the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung. The Orange Magazine journalists’ main activity includes attending international conferences and other events, covering them by producing high-quality, fact-based journalistic content.

 

As one of the team leaders, you would be responsible for setting up these project cooperations, recruiting journalistic teams to attend the events and running the communication and meetings with the core team members. The core team usually consists of around 15-20 young European journalists.

 

Currently, the Orange Magazine has around 10 active members and, after finding one or two suitable team leaders, will be recruiting additional young European journalists. As the team leader you will be actively involved in this process.
