The European Youth Forum is currently looking for a Visual Communications Co-ordinator. He/she will work in the Secretary General's Office and will be responsible for the development of European Youth Forum visuals and graphic communication and support internal and external communication within the communication team.
The Youth Forum is the representative platform of 99 Members (National Youth Councils and International Non-Governmental Youth Organisations) from all over Europe and works for the rights of all young people in Europe.
TASKS
- Lay-outing and graphic design of Youthforum publications, such as the periodical magazine “Youth Opinion” and Reports, Researches and other kind of printed material;
- Lay-outing and graphic design of Youthforum online tools, such as website, the Youth Policy Watch and social media and support the regular update of the web-site of the Organisation;
- Support the Youthforum Advocacy work through the creation of graphic tools, such as photography, video and other visual expressions;
- Visually and graphically support external and media communication tools and create visibility of Youthforum initiatives and events.
GENERAL TASKS
- Support internal communication with Member Organisations, through the weekly newsletter, update of the intranet and other internal communication tools;
- General Support within the Communication Team;
- General support to the Secretary-General's Office according to identified needs.
