There is a journalism faculty on nearly each one of polish public universities. Two most widely known brands on this market are Press Research Centre on the JagiellonianUniversity in Cracow and Reportage Laboratory run by the WarsawUniversity. To get more experience, young polish journalists can do some practice jobs in big press corporations such as these running main daily newspapers. But that way is wide open only for the best of youngsters. Those who won't succeed in getting such a job can also publish articles in several periodical magazines. Many of magazines are in fact created by young people. Just check online polish magazines catalogue, Witryna Czasopism. Some of the young people work as freelancers or make their own on-line magazines. Others participate in journalist workshops. The Young Journalist' Association was involved in several projects providing professional journalist education for young people. Information on these workshops can be found on following sites:

Polis leads also workshops during the annual Science Festival. Participants prepare interviews and articles for Festival Internet Newspaper (in Polish “IGF” which stands for “Internetowa Gazeta Festiwalu”). Doing jobs for IGF and for Orange also gives young people a chance to improve their journalist skills.
